Abstract: This study analyzes scientific cooperation between Brazil and the full member &#xD;
countries of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) — Argentina, Paraguay, and &#xD;
Uruguay — over a 30-year period (1991–2020). Considering that the bloc was &#xD;
established in 1991, the research aims to understand the panorama of scientific &#xD;
production published by Brazil in cooperation with these countries, taking as a &#xD;
reference the co-occurrence relationships of authors’ keywords. Initially, the study &#xD;
presents a historical and institutional overview of Mercosur, addressing its formation &#xD;
and its political, economic, social, and educational developments, as well as the role &#xD;
of science and technology in the process of regional integration. Subsequently, it &#xD;
discusses scientific cooperation, scientific production, and research funding policies &#xD;
within the bloc, highlighting the main agencies, institutional structures, and &#xD;
asymmetries among national systems of science, technology, and innovation. This is &#xD;
a descriptive study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using the bibliometric &#xD;
technique of keyword co-occurrence as a tool to map the conceptual axes of &#xD;
Mercosur’s scientific production. The research corpus corresponds to Brazil’s &#xD;
scientific production in cooperation with the full member countries, collected from the &#xD;
Scopus database for the period from 1991 to 2020. The study was developed in three &#xD;
stages: surveying joint scientific production; identifying the main production indicators &#xD;
(authors, countries, journals, institutions, and funding agencies); and analyzing &#xD;
authors’ keyword co-occurrence and its temporal evolution using the SciMAT &#xD;
software. The results show Argentina as Brazil’s main scientific partner, accounting &#xD;
for 9,387 articles in the period from 2011 to 2020, which represents 49.7% of its &#xD;
cooperative production over the three decades analyzed. Brazil appears as the main &#xD;
regional articulator, while Uruguay shows progressive growth and Paraguay is in a &#xD;
process of scientific consolidation, with strong dependence on external partnerships. &#xD;
The keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that Brazil–Paraguay cooperation is &#xD;
concentrated in Health, Biological, and Agricultural Sciences; Brazil–Uruguay &#xD;
cooperation stands out in Health, Biological, Natural, and Chemical Sciences; and &#xD;
the Brazil–Argentina partnership demonstrates broad and interdisciplinary &#xD;
collaboration, with a strong presence of Health and Biological Sciences, as well as &#xD;
significant integration with the Exact and Earth Sciences.

    <description>Título: Indicadores bibliométricos de produção científica e de relação da literatura científica nacional no domínio da Cannabis sativa

Abstract: The present work is a descriptive research that aimed to understand the panorama of Brazilian research related to Cannabis sativa, indexed in the Web of Science, across the dimensions of bibliometric indicators of scientific production and relationship. The study covers nearly 60 years of scientific production, in the period 1966–2024, allowing for the observation of long-term trends, historical ruptures, and moments of scientific inflection. The analysis was conducted from a bibliometric and discursive perspective, seeking to understand how the national academic field has structured its thematic axes, what gaps persist, and how the country's historical, regulatory, and sociocultural context influences these processes. The methodology adopted combined a quantitative bibliometric approach and qualitative analysis. Initially, data collection was carried out in the Web of Science, using the search term "Cannabis sativa," and 249 scientific articles were retrieved, forming the corpus of the analysis. Data processing included descriptive statistics, covering techniques for counting publications, identifying the most productive authors, institutions, journals, dominant research categories, scientific cooperation, keywords, and the temporal evolution of the research. The co-occurrence analysis of keywords was conducted using the VOSviewer software, allowing for the visualization of the main thematic clusters, revealing patterns of concentration and dispersion. In a complementary step, a documentary analysis was applied to the main Collegiate Board Resolutions - RDC of Anvisa, regarding the regulation of Cannabis sativa-derived products, examining their impact on the scientific discourse. The results revealed consistent growth in national scientific production in the domain of Cannabis sativa starting in the 2010. A majority concentration of research was observed in the biomedical areas, especially neurosciences, pharmacology, and clinical, with a lesser presence of sociological, anthropological, legal, and historical studies. This convergence towards neuroscientific themes is a strength in the search for evidence of efficacy and mechanisms of action, particularly of CBD, but simultaneously creates a significant asymmetry by neglecting the social and legal dimensions of the topic, which are essential for a comprehensive public policy. The conclusion points out that the Brazilian scientific development on Cannabis sativa evolves in close dialogue with the regulatory context and the history of criminalization of the plant, which for decades limited the legitimacy and funding of the topic in the academic field. Although there have been significant advances and greater institutional openness after Anvisa's regulatory action, asymmetries in knowledge production and thematic gaps persist, indicating the need for broader, interdisciplinary, and socially situated research agendas that include the Human and Social Sciences for a holistic understanding. The study reinforces that bibliometrics, articulated with discursive and contextual analyses, allows for understanding not only the volume of publications but also the social, historical, and political meanings that shape the science about Cannabis sativa in Brazil, providing subsidies for the redirection of scientific and funding policies.

Abstract: This academic dissertation investigates the phenomenon of territoriality within the archival space of a public institution, focusing on the documentary fonds of the Superintendence of Agrarian Development (SDA), part of the Secretariat for Rural Development (SDR) of the State of Bahia, Brazil. The central objective was to understand how territorial dynamics manifest and influence archival management in this context. This is an exploratory study. The research adopts a qualitative, based on a single case study, using data collected through document analysis, direct observation of institutional spaces, and interviews with staff members. The data were analyzed using discourse analysis and organized into three thematic modules, which revealed spatial pressure, lack of institutional identity, and centralized decision-making as core issues. The findings demonstrate that territoriality significantly affects the functionality, recognition, and structure of institutional archives, with direct implications for preservation, access, and organizational memory. This study contributes to the interdisciplinary dialogue between Archival Science, Information Science, and Geography, highlighting the strategic role of archives in public policy and the preservation of administrative and territorial memory.

Abstract: Based on the growing importance of the digital environment for scientific communication, this research starts from the premise that the mere availability of content on electronic platforms is not sufficient to effectively reach the target audience. In this context, digital marketing is approached as a strategic tool for&#xD;
promoting journals, enhanced by its visibility, reach, and engagement with the scientific community. Considering these premises, the present study aimed to discuss how digital marketing strategies are adopted and perceived by Information Science journals in the Brazilian Northeast. The specific objectives were: 1) to map the actions, strategies, and digital marketing tools used by Information Science&#xD;
journals in the Northeast; 2) to gather the perceptions of editorial teams regarding changes resulting from the use of digital marketing; 3) to identify whether there have been changes in the number of journal accesses following the adoption of digital marketing. The methodological choices for conducting the study included the procedural method (case study), the research level (descriptive), and the investigation technique and instrument (questionnaire). The main results show that, although digital marketing is still incipient in some journals in the field, there is a growing awareness of its relevance for strengthening scientific visibility and enhancing relationships with users. The research also addresses historical aspects&#xD;
of scientific communication, the development of Information Science in Brazil, the emergence of electronic journals, and the challenges of open science, including peer review and criteria for evaluating scientific output. It was concluded that the strategic use of digital marketing significantly contributes to expanding access to scientific information and strengthening academic communication in the field of Information&#xD;
Science.
