Together we built a practical performance under the terms of Law 11,888 of December 24, 2008, which deals with Free Public Technical Assistance for the design and construction of Social Interest Housing. We understand that the interpretation of the law goes beyond the boundaries of the architectural project itself, going beyond what is established, connecting the social universe allied to technical knowledge in the face of overcoming the challenges that are currently presented in our cities, in a resilient and purposeful way. This edition of the Residence began in March 2020, at the same time that the Covid-19 pandemic had an intense impact on the world, generating countless consequences that mainly affected populations in socio-spatial vulnerability. The work in the field by the team for this work, which started in mid-2021, went through all the difficulties and dangers of the pandemic context, however, taking all care and precautions to not expose anyone involved to great risks. Therefore, we adopted a hybrid performance format: virtual and face-to-face. The attitude of assuming field work as indispensable to this training in assistance and technical assistance was a conscious and collective decision between us, the authors of this work, the advisors, leaders and residents of the Ocupação Quilombo Guerreira Dandara, where the work is carried out.A ocupação Quilombo Guerreira Dandara está vinculada ao Movimento Sem Teto da Bahia (MSTB) e fica localizada no bairro Cassange, em Salvador/BA. A região compreende a divisa da cidade de Salvador/BA com os municípios de Lauro de Freitas e Simões Filho, distante da infraestrutura urbana e dos centros de serviços especializados. O nosso trabalho foi construído com intensa articulação com Solange Santos (liderança e moradora da ocupação) e com Juliana Santos (Liderança do MSTB), além dos demais moradores da ocupação que participaram ativamente de todo o processo, e com isso construíram conjuntamente conosco os rumos e resultados deste trabalho. A troca entre redes do movimento, de assessorias e de apoiadores se desenvolveu profundamente no segundo semestre de 2021, gerando momentos preciosos de leituras e construção coletiva do território. Nesse sentido, foram realizadas atividades de levantamento censitário, produção cartográfica e organização de mutirões para construir e cuidar de espaços e equipamentos coletivos. Essa construção coletiva em rede acabou se tornando o objeto central deste trabalho. A partir disso, tecemos reflexões sobre metodologias que mobilizam nossa atuação em rede, além da geografia dos afetos, intensificada a cada atividade. The city of Pelotas is located in the south of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, with about 340 thousand inhabitants. The Passo dos Negros region, on the banks of the São Gonçalo Canal, has the production of the inhabited space marked by charqueadora activity - based on exploitation of enslaved black people -, later by the implantation of villages precarious and insufficient workers, and with the consolidation from subdivisions created by the government, followed by irregular occupations. Recently, this area has been object of interest for development projects and real estate speculation, becoming a disputed territory between these developments and the residents of areas of precarious urbanization. The work presents the construction process of the popular plan that develops from of technical assistance to the process of resistance to removal and dispute for permanence of the residents of the Occupation of the Corridor of the Troops. work is divided in four parts: bibliographic research; relationship with interlocutors; process with the residents and the territory; and the “Popular Plan for the Corridor of Troops: a counter-proposal for the dispute over the production of inhabited space in Passo dos Negros, Pelotas/RS”. Through a case study, the methods and instruments used were analyzed, the ideal, the real and the possible throughout the residency and how the approximation process took place with the communities, not only reporting the performance, but also proposing a study of the constructive potential for the area. This tool can contribute in the future to the studied area. The search has a qualitative approach through observation and research techniques documentary, using students' adaptability as the main instrument and teachers regarding digital tools, interaction with communities, of advisees with advisors (exclusively online) and overcoming of these challenges to at least try to meet the desires of both professionals as well as communities and social movements, directed to conquer decent housing in the face of urban problems in cities Brazilian. It is believed to be able to encourage greater reflection on the RAU+E that constitutes a pioneering proposal encouraging new possibilities for cooperation and exchange of experiences.
