Abstract: In the context of the importance of small businesses in the Brazilian economy, this research&#xD;
addresses the challenges faced in management and the significance of financial literacy for&#xD;
these entrepreneurs. This study aims to analyze the impact of online training on financial&#xD;
education in the management of small businesses. The study was conducted based on the&#xD;
perceptions of entrepreneurs in the city of Salvador regarding the practical applicability of the&#xD;
knowledge acquired in these training programs and the factors influencing their adoption or&#xD;
rejection of this educational modality. The research is qualitative and descriptive in nature,&#xD;
with data collected through a mixed questionnaire applied to 23 entrepreneurs. The data were&#xD;
analyzed using the Thematic Analysis technique, resulting in four main themes: entrepreneurs'&#xD;
demand for online financial education courses; the impact of these courses on small business&#xD;
management; barriers to access and participation in online courses; and financial management&#xD;
practices and gaps in businesses.

Abstract: Changes in the job market make professionals look for new knowledge and skills to&#xD;
increase their chances of getting the job they dream of. It would be no different with&#xD;
Executive Secretariat professionals, despite the extensive knowledge acquired&#xD;
throughout the course, technical capacity is no longer sufficient for companies,&#xD;
currently they seek a triple balance between: technical, human and concepts. With the&#xD;
changes that have occurred within the secretarial profession following the insertion of&#xD;
new organizational cultures, it has become necessary to readapt to them and to&#xD;
technological development. Therefore, it was from these changes that the need arose&#xD;
to analyze and examine the skills of the vacancies offered for Executive Secretariat&#xD;
professionals within the job market on the LinkedIn and Catho platforms, with the aim&#xD;
of identifying the skills of the vacancies offered for secretarial professionals. executive&#xD;
in the job market on advertising sites. From this perspective, it is thought that this work&#xD;
will bring gains to executive secretarial professionals, as it will allow them to&#xD;
understand what recruiters are currently looking for. Having an applied nature and a&#xD;
descriptive approach, using a mixed methodology that consists of qualitative and&#xD;
quantitative study through document and content analysis techniques, using the Catho&#xD;
and LinkedIn websites to collect data, where 200 vacancies were initially collected,&#xD;
with reduced to 125 as they require higher education. The results show that the&#xD;
executive secretary professional is known by the market by the terminology of&#xD;
executive secretary and that he has the required skills, such as organization, customer&#xD;
service, management and planning of trips and agendas, to work in the market work,&#xD;
mainly in small and medium-sized companies at the assistant level.

Abstract: The International airport of Salvador, also known as “Salvador Bahia Airport”, is currently considered the eighth busiest airport in Brazil. This study’s objective consisted on checking the perception of the users of Salvador Bahia Airport regarding the quality of the customer services provided in site. A quantitative descriptive approach was used for this research, through a questionnaire, answered by 308 individuals, based on the assessment of quality of airport services, suggested by Do Nascimento, Araújo e Figueiredo, in 2011. The questionnaire intended to verify the perception of the following dimensions: Quality of Services Offered by the Terminal, Facilities of the Terminal, Courtesy and Trust on the employees, Time Spent at the Airport, Characteristics of the Seats. Through the obtained and analyzed data it was verified that the Salvador Bahia Airport received mostly positive reviews. However, atributes that were poorly reviewed and with low quality perception, that should be analyzed and improved, were identified.
